Reign In Life Ministries ("we," "us," or "our") is a faith-based organization based in Delaware. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling any personal information you share with us responsibly and transparently. • Service preferences — the service you are interested in and your availability, collected through our Appointment Request form.
• Goals and context — information you voluntarily share in open-text fields (e.g., "What's your #1 goal?") to help us serve you better.
• Payment information — billing details entered when making a donation or purchasing a service. We do not directly collect or store your payment card data (see Section 4).

Depending on which form you use, your information may be transmitted to and stored by one or more of the third-party services described in Sections 4–9 below. We do not collect sensitive categories of personal data (such as government ID numbers, health information, or financial account numbers) through our website.

We use the information you provide to:

• Respond to inquiries and confirm appointments or consultations
• Deliver the services you have requested
• Process donations and issue acknowledgment of receipt
• Communicate updates about our ministry, programs, or events (only when you have opted in)
• Improve our website and service offerings

We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

Reign In Life Ministries uses Stripe to securely process online donations and service payments. When you click a Stripe payment link, you are directed to Stripe's hosted payment page.

• We do not see, store, or have access to your full card number, CVV, or bank account details. All payment data is entered directly on Stripe's encrypted platform and governed by Stripe's own Privacy Policy.
• Stripe is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified — the highest standard of payment security available.
• We may receive limited transaction metadata from Stripe (e.g., amount, date, last 4 digits of card, and email) solely for record-keeping and donor acknowledgment purposes.
• For Zelle payments, no financial data passes through our website. Zelle transactions are governed by your bank's terms and privacy policy.

We use MailerLite to manage our email subscriber list and send ministry updates, training resources, and event announcements. When you submit the Free AI Training Session form on our website, your name, email address, and phone number are transmitted to and stored on MailerLite's servers.

• By submitting the Free Session form, you are opting in to receive communications from Reign In Life Ministries. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
• MailerLite may use cookies and tracking pixels to measure email open rates and link clicks. This helps us understand which content is most useful to our subscribers.
• MailerLite is GDPR-compliant and stores data on servers located in the United States and European Union.
• To request removal from our MailerLite subscriber list, email us at reigninlifeministries@proton.me or use the unsubscribe link in any email you receive from us.

Several of our on-site forms — including the Appointment Request, Dify AI Tool Inquiry, Training Request, and Outreach Request forms — are processed through Web3Forms, a third-party form submission service.

• When you submit one of these forms, your information (name, email, and any details you provide) is transmitted through Web3Forms' servers and delivered to our secure Proton Mail inbox.
• Web3Forms does not permanently store your form data — it acts as a relay service to forward your submission to us.
• We do not use your form submission data for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

When you book a discovery call or consultation through our website, you are directed to Cal.com's hosted scheduling platform. Any information you provide during booking (name, email, notes) is governed by Cal.com's Privacy Policy. We receive your booking details solely to confirm and prepare for your session.

Digital products sold through our website (such as the Creator Playbook) are fulfilled via Gumroad. When you purchase a product through a Gumroad link, you are directed to Gumroad's platform where your payment and delivery information is handled by Gumroad directly.

• We do not collect or store your payment details for Gumroad purchases.
• Gumroad may share your email address with us for product delivery and follow-up purposes only.

Our website itself does not use first-party tracking cookies or analytics services. However, some embedded third-party tools may set cookies on your device:

• MailerLite — may set cookies to track email engagement (opens, clicks) for subscribers who have opted in to our mailing list.
• Stripe — sets cookies on its hosted payment pages to prevent fraud and process transactions securely.

You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings. Note that disabling cookies may affect the functionality of third-party services linked from our site.

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected — typically the duration of our service relationship with you. Specifically:

• Email correspondence is retained in Proton Mail and may be deleted upon request.
• MailerLite subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe or request removal.
• Form submissions relayed through Web3Forms are not permanently stored by that service.

You have the right to:

• Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate information
• Deletion — request that we delete your personal information

Our website and professional services are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. Our youth-focused Speaking & Workshop programs are facilitated through organizations (schools, camps, faith groups) and any information exchanged is handled through the organizing institution.

We take reasonable precautions to protect your information. Our email communications are conducted through Proton Mail, which offers end-to-end encryption. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe's secure, certified infrastructure. However, no method of electronic transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
